Ft of luxurious living space, and features four bedrooms (two master suites), three and half bathrooms, south facing private heated extended swimming pool, spa & deck, which backs onto a beautiful natural conservation area (no rear neighbours) and is just 15 minutes to Central Florida's main attraction, Walt Disney World.
Our beautiful rental home is located at the exclusive Golf and Country Club Resort of Providence in Orlando, Florida, where lush foliage rustles in the morning breeze and Red Shouldered Hawks fly high above our rooftop and Snowy Egrets catch their reflections in our sparkling pool.
Our large open plan family room which has been beautifully furnished and includes designer sofas in the lounge area, with formal or informal dining options, the choice is yours!
If you're looking for things to do in Orlando then you've come to the right place! Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Centre, spectacular beaches and endless shopping/dining experiences, that Florida has to offer, are all close by. If all of the above wasn't enough, you're less than 15 Minutes to Disney's main gate.
From the dining room, double doors lead out onto the large extended sun deck with a southerly facing aspect to maximise the sunlight throughout the day. As the pool faces a protected conservation area, your privacy is protected as well as a fantastic view.

| Booking The sending of the on-line booking form confirms your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below and as may from time to time be changed and shall be binding on all persons stated on the booking form. Each booking will be confirmed by the owner, as soon as possible after receiving the booking form and deposit and only on receipt of this confirmation by you will the booking be treated as confirmed. Once the owners have confirmed the booking to you and you have paid a deposit, the named person on the booking form will be responsible for the total rental price of the property, as agreed on the confirmation. The remaining balance of the agreed rental cost must be paid 10 weeks prior to your departure. If the full balance of the rental cost is not paid as in accordance with these booking conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and cancellation penalties will apply. |
