This recently completed purpose-built gated resort in Kissimmee has all the facilities that you would need to make your stay a memorable one. If you like to swim or sunbathe, just a few steps away from the door is the main pool area with a large child-friendly pool (heated seasonally) with fountains & night-time floodlighting. This is also where you will find the spa pool (hot tub) & additional separate sun terrace. There are also 3 additional quieter pools within the resort. The inviting clubhouse provides a TV room with comfortable seating, library, electronic games room, small movie theatre, & a fully equipped fitness room. A wireless LAN covers both the clubhouse & main pool area. Additional facilities include secure play areas for the younger children, tennis, basketball & volleyball courts, & a picturesque lake with picnic & BBQ facilities. Use of these amenities is free to our guests. (There is a small charge to use the business centre.)
Inside the home there is a fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area & breakfast bar. The family room has 2 sofas, flat screen cable TV with iPod dock & DVD. The downstairs master bedroom with its king-sized (6ft 6) bed has an en-suite bathroom complete with an oversized whirlpool bath plus shower. Upstairs you'll find 2 further spacious bedrooms, one with a queen (5ft) bed, the other with twin beds. All bedrooms have cable TV. There is also a second bathroom with bath & shower on this floor. This flexible arrangement offers the opportunity for parents to relax downstairs, whilst other family members have the run of upstairs. The family room sofa-bed also offers 2 further sleeping spaces. For those travelling with infants, a high chair and travel cot (pack 'n' play) can be provided.
The house is fully equipped with all the normal appliances you'd expect at home including fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cooker, saucepans and utensils, clothes washer & dryer, air conditioning/heating, hair dryer etc. FREE Telephone calls to the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, UK, Italy, Spain & France are included. FREE broadband Internet access is provided in the home. A huge 24 hour Wal-Mart is close by for any last minute shopping & grocery needs. Just a couple of blocks from the Osceola County Softball Complex. Several golf courses nearby. Our convenient on-site check-in means that you do not waste time driving around Orlando looking for an office from which to collect your keys!
